Julia Weygandt becomes COO of Tornado Games

Tornado Games has appointed Julia Weygandt as its COO. Weygandt has decades of experience in the global gambling industry.

She began working with the German land-based company， the Gauselmann Group， in 2005 as an apprentice before moving up to the position of Executive Assistant. She next moved to the Schmidt Gruppe before joining Gamomat in the online industry， where she attained the position of Head of International Partnerships.

She was Head of Business Development at Red Rhino before joining Tornado Games.

As COO， Weygandt's job is to build out the staff， create growth strategies and plans， evaluate and improve internal procedures and steer the business into new territories to take the studio from startup to rising star.
